Bill embarked on his real estate journey after obtaining a bachelor's degree in environmental planning and management from the University of California, Davis, in 1978. He began his professional career in 1979 and joined Frank Howard Allen REALTORS® in Greenbrae in 1982. Two years later, he earned his broker’s license and successfully developed his business over the next three decades before transitioning to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Throughout his career, Bill has cultivated a wealth of experience across various facets of real estate, including new construction, existing homes, apartment units, land sales, probate sales, family trust sales, and short sales. His comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions encompasses negotiations, marketing, and development.
