About Bill Rhodes

Bill Rhodes has been an integral part of the Upstate community since 1986. A graduate of Travelers Rest High School in 1989, he pursued his passion for music at Brevard College for two years before transferring to Louisiana State University, where he earned a degree in Business in 1994. Following his graduation, Bill returned to Greenville and established a GNC franchise partnership near Furman University, subsequently opening a second location in the Cherrydale development a year later.

In 1998, Bill purchased his first home in downtown Greenville's historic district, embarking on a comprehensive renovation that ignited his enthusiasm for real estate. He began his real estate journey by acquiring single-family investment properties, leveraging insights gained from each acquisition to build a substantial real estate portfolio.

As a licensed Real Estate Agent with Berkshire Hathaway, Bill combines his extensive experience and knowledge to assist clients in finding their ideal homes or investment properties.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Bill cherishes time spent with his wife, Michelle, and their two children, Gayle and Bill. They enjoy activities on Lake Keowee, attending baseball games at Fluor Field, and cheering at hockey games at the Well. Bill has a profound appreciation for music and the outdoors, but his greatest joy comes from being with family and friends.
