About Bill Verdon

Bill has been a resident of Central Denver since 1997 and has established himself as one of the leading real estate agents in the metro area.

His real estate journey began in 2001, where he gained invaluable experience working with the listing brokers for the 94-unit Water Tower Loft Project in the Central Platte Valley of LoDo. This association with a prominent downtown project laid the groundwork for his successful career. In recognition of his early achievements, he received the esteemed “Rookie of the Year” Award from the Denver Board of Realtors the following year.

Between 2007 and 2008, Bill served as a listing agent for 24 Walnut, a 29-unit infill townhome project in the thriving Historic Ballpark neighborhood, which sold out within its first year. In early 2008, he began marketing Welton Place, a significant development occupying an entire city block in Five Points. The first phase, featuring 13 townhomes, also achieved a complete sell-out in its inaugural year.

In late 2008, Bill initiated a project in Curtis Park's historic district called “Traverse,” comprising 15 townhomes constructed using innovative modular building techniques. This project was fully sold by the time construction was completed.

From 2009 to 2011, he played a key role in the final phase of Fireclay Town Homes and Condos, a 54-unit development in the Ballpark neighborhood, which also reached full occupancy. Additionally, he contributed to the Aria project, a 17.5-acre site in North Denver that was formerly the Mary Crest convent. This development included over 200 attached homes and condos, with the first phase featuring 13 contemporary townhomes.

Bill dedicates a significant portion of his time to the resale market of residential properties. His extensive knowledge of Central Denver neighborhoods enables him to effectively represent both buyers and sellers in transactions involving new and resale homes, condos, and lofts, as well as new residential projects. His commitment to real estate, combined with a strong desire to assist his clients, has resulted in consistent multimillion-dollar production year after year, instilling confidence in both buyers and sellers throughout the process.

Denver County's real estate market stands as one of Colorado's most dynamic and concentrated markets, encompassing the heart of the Mile High City and its immediate urban core. With 8,933 actively licensed real estate agents operating within the county boundaries, the market represents an incredibly dense concentration of real estate professionals serving a relatively compact geographic area that includes Denver proper and its closest neighboring communities.

What makes Denver County particularly fascinating is the sheer intensity of agent activity relative to its size. All 8,933 licensed agents maintain email contact information, reflecting a tech-savvy professional community that embraces digital communication and modern marketing approaches. This level of connectivity speaks to the competitive nature of the market and the sophisticated tools agents use to stay ahead in one of the West's most sought-after real estate environments.

Major Denver County, Colorado Real Estate Markets

The Denver County market centers around several distinct urban neighborhoods and districts, each with unique characteristics and price points. Downtown Denver drives much of the high-end condominium and loft market, while areas like Capitol Hill, Highland, and the emerging River North Art District (RiNo) attract younger professionals seeking walkable communities with vibrant cultural scenes. These urban core markets have experienced tremendous appreciation over the past decade, transforming formerly industrial areas into trendy residential enclaves.

Beyond the downtown core, established neighborhoods like Park Hill, Washington Park, and Stapleton represent family-oriented markets with a mix of historic homes and new construction. The former Stapleton airport site, now a master-planned community, has become one of Denver's largest residential developments, attracting families and professionals who want modern amenities while remaining within Denver County limits. Each of these markets requires specialized knowledge that local agents possess.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Denver County's real estate market operates within a unique geographic constraint that creates intense competition for limited inventory. Unlike surrounding counties that can expand outward, Denver County's boundaries are fixed, creating a supply-constrained environment where established neighborhoods undergo constant revitalization and redevelopment. This dynamic has led to rapid price appreciation and a market where agents must understand micro-neighborhood trends and zoning implications.

The county's market also reflects broader demographic shifts, with millennials and young professionals driving demand for urban living options while empty nesters seek luxury condominiums and townhomes in walkable areas. This generational convergence creates multiple market segments operating simultaneously, requiring agents to specialize in different buyer profiles and property types while navigating Denver's complex development regulations and historic preservation requirements.

Why Businesses Need Denver County, Colorado Agent Contact Data

Companies serving the real estate industry find Denver County's concentrated agent population invaluable for targeted marketing campaigns and business development initiatives. With nearly 9,000 agents operating in a defined geographic area, businesses can achieve remarkable efficiency in reaching decision-makers who influence significant real estate transactions. Mortgage lenders, insurance providers, home improvement companies, and real estate technology firms particularly benefit from direct access to this professional network.

The complete email coverage among Denver County's licensed agents enables sophisticated digital marketing strategies and personalized outreach campaigns. Service providers can segment their communications based on agent specializations, target high-volume producers, or focus on specific neighborhoods where their services align with market needs, maximizing marketing ROI while building meaningful professional relationships in Colorado's most important urban real estate market.
