About Bill White

Bill White, a Colorado native, grew up on ranches in both Sedalia and Nevada. He has spent the majority of his life in the Littleton area, where many of his family members continue to reside. Bill's father possesses one of the oldest active real estate licenses in Colorado and focuses on farm and ranch sales, which has influenced Bill's own career in real estate.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Land Use Management, Bill obtained his real estate license in 1981. His extensive career encompasses residential sales, including both new constructions and resales, as well as commercial and industrial property leasing. Bill's expertise spans various aspects of real estate transactions, bolstered by eighteen years of experience with new home builders as both a Community Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager. During this time, he successfully closed over $140 million in real estate transactions.

A strong advocate for customer service, Bill prioritizes client satisfaction throughout the entire buying or selling process.

Bill has been married for over 25 years and is the proud father of two daughters—one in high school and the other in college. He actively participates in family activities and volunteers at his church. An enthusiastic sportsman, Bill has been passionate about ice hockey since he was nine years old and continues to play regularly, hitting the ice a couple of times each week.
