Billy's journey began after high school when he enlisted in the Marine Corps, dedicating six years of service and participating in two deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Following his military service, he pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor's degree from Middle Tennessee State University.

With a longstanding passion for aviation, Billy obtained his pilot's license and spent the next five years as an airline pilot. His experiences in buying and selling various properties across Middle Tennessee ignited a profound interest in real estate. Witnessing the joy that comes with property ownership, he recognized his true calling in helping others achieve their real estate dreams.
