About Blake Morar

Blake Morar embarked on his real estate journey at the age of 23, armed with just $1,500. Today, he stands as a co-owner of Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty, the leading real estate brokerage along Florida’s Emerald Coast, boasting a team of 64 dedicated sales associates and achieving a remarkable sales volume exceeding $776 million in 2018.

Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Blake earned his marketing degree from Louisiana Tech University in 1996. Shortly thereafter, he moved to Destin, Florida, where he discovered his passion for real estate. In 2014, he facilitated the affiliation of Destin Real Estate Company with Sotheby’s International Realty, merging local expertise with the expansive reach of a global brand.

Throughout his career, Blake has successfully closed over $850 million in sales.
