With a longstanding interest in real estate, Blake transitioned to this field full-time as her athletic pursuits came to an end. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Arts from Elon University. Her analytical expertise and strong communication abilities enable her to effectively assess clients' unique needs and develop tailored strategies to achieve their real estate objectives. Blake possesses in-depth knowledge of local neighborhoods, schools, and retirement communities, and she appreciates the diverse lifestyles that the Monterey Peninsula offers. In her leisure time, Blake enjoys running along the scenic trails of Pacific Grove, walking her dog Scout on the local beaches, and embarking on outdoor adventures with her husband Jon and their two children, Quin and Liv. She has been actively involved with the Big Sur Marathon Foundation for over ten years and serves as a volunteer coach at her children’s school. Additionally, Blake frequently speaks at local schools and community organizations, sharing insights on youth fitness, goal setting, and maintaining an active lifestyle at any age.
