Bob Leonard, a distinguished real estate professional with RE/MAX Associates, served as the Chairman of the Board for the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) in 2008, representing an organization of over 8,000 members. With a real estate career that began in 1986, Bob has consistently demonstrated his commitment to the industry, holding a broker’s license and having assisted more than 1,300 families in achieving their homeownership goals.

Bob's expertise is underscored by a range of prestigious designations, including CRS, ABR, GRI, TAHS, SRES, and e-Pro, along with his graduation from the Texas Realtors® Leadership Program (TRLP). His achievements include induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2004 and recognition as one of San Antonio’s Platinum Top 50 Agents in 2005, 2007, and 2008.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Bob has played a vital role in various leadership capacities within SABOR. If you need to reach working real estate agents in San Antonio and the surrounding Bexar County market, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, and insurance providers use it to put their offers directly in front of agents who influence every transaction. PropTech companies, continuing education providers, and recruiters rely on it to cut through the noise and connect with licensed professionals who are actively closing deals — not dormant licensees wasting your ad spend.

When you buy Bexar County real estate agent email list data from Dr. Bill, you get {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, plus {{CELL_COUNT}} agents who include a cell phone number. That combination makes this list one of the most actionable outreach tools available for any business that depends on agent relationships to grow revenue.

Why Buy a Bexar County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record is sourced directly from the Texas Real Estate Commission licensing database, so you are never buying guesswork. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire dataset is rebuilt from scratch twice a year. That discipline produces a 96% deliverability guarantee — something cheap scraped lists sold on data marketplaces simply cannot match. When your campaign hits inboxes instead of bouncing, your cost per contact drops and your results improve immediately.

Discount vendors cut corners by skipping verification cycles and selling stale exports. The difference shows up in your bounce rate, your sender reputation, and ultimately your pipeline. Dr. Bill has been in this business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists. That track record exists because the data is maintained with a discipline most competitors ignore entirely.

How to Use This Bexar County Agent List

The most immediate use is cold email outreach through a dedicated sending platform. Tools like Zap Contact at zapcontact.com are built specifically for cold email at scale, letting you sequence touches without risking your primary domain. Beyond email, the same records support direct mail campaigns, outbound phone calls using the included cell numbers, and LinkedIn audience matching to layer in social impressions alongside your email sequence.

You can also segment the list by license type, separating broker-owners from sales agents when your offer needs to reach a decision-maker versus a field agent. That level of targeting sharpens your messaging and lifts response rates across every channel you activate.

Why Bexar County, Texas Agent Data Matters

Bexar County covers San Antonio, Leon Valley, Converse, Helotes, and Live Oak, among other communities — a dense, high-transaction market with a substantial agent population. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} licensed agents operating in this county, a county-level list gives you meaningful reach without the dilution of a statewide purchase that includes markets irrelevant to your territory or service area.

No other vendor offers filtering down to individual zip codes within Bexar County, which means you can isolate specific neighborhoods or submarkets that match your business footprint exactly. Whether you need the full county or a single zip code, this data is available at state, county, city, and zip code level — so you pay only for the agents you can actually serve.
