Bob began his career in real estate at the young age of 21. By 25, he had already ascended to the role of Manager and Vice President at Moore & Company, a prominent firm in Colorado with 22 offices and 350 sales professionals.

After nine months in management, Bob transitioned back to full-time sales, where he achieved remarkable success, closing over $70 million in real estate transactions in the Fort Collins area, which has a population of approximately 80,000.

In the fall of 1989, Bob moved to Southern California. Within two years, he surpassed $20 million in sales volume. His exceptional performance earned him a place among the "Top 10" Realtors in California in 1992 and ranked him within the "Top 50" nationwide with Re/Max Real Estate. He continued to excel, becoming the #1 Sales Associate for Re/Max Laguna Niguel in both 1993 and 1994. Currently, Bob consistently achieves annual sales volumes exceeding $100 million, positioning him among the leading agents in the country.

Bob holds several prestigious designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Residential Brokerage (CRB), and Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI). A member of the National Association of Realtors since 1975, he served as a Past Director from 1984 to 1986.
