After nine months in management, Bob transitioned back to full-time sales, where he achieved remarkable success, closing over $70 million in real estate transactions in the Fort Collins area, which has a population of approximately 80,000.

In the fall of 1989, Bob moved to Southern California. Within two years, he surpassed $20 million in sales volume. He continued to excel, becoming the #1 Sales Associate for Re/Max Laguna Niguel in both 1993 and 1994.
