Bonnie Kingcannon entered the property management arena in 2000 as a leasing consultant and shortly after leveraged her skills and talent in the position of Community Manager over-seeing 189 unit apartment community During that time
Bonnie was honored numerous awards for her success including Assistant Property
Manager of the Year (Year) AMA Team Member of the year Finalist and “Top Shop”

Recognition A few years later at just 23 years old she was chosen by her Regional Manager to manage several distressed properties where Bonnie succeeded in boosting yearly NOI figures and occupancy by 20% In 2008 Bonnie fulfilled a career goal and obtained her Arizona Realtors License where she began building her Property Management portfolio In less than 12 months she built her group of managed single-family homes to 75 and has since tripled that number In 2013 Bonnie slid into a position as Regional Manager overseeing a Brand New 54 Unit Community in the heart of Central Phoenix Bonnie and the team were successful at bringing the newly constructed building to a stabilized occupancy in just 6 short months
