Brad Larsen, a native of Iowa, was raised in a family of educators, with both parents dedicated to teaching. He graduated from the New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell, NM, where he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Infantry in 1996. Following this, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa, in 1998, benefiting from a baseball scholarship as a shortstop at both institutions. In 2011, Brad furthered his education by obtaining an MBA from the University of Phoenix in San Antonio, TX.

After completing his active duty service as an Infantry officer, Brad transitioned from military life in 2002, achieving the rank of Captain. He relocated to San Antonio to delve into the real estate sector, where he has been managing single-family homes since 2004. A licensed real estate professional since 2003, Brad is an esteemed member of several organizations, including the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
