About Brady Velikonia

Born in Paradise, California, a picturesque mountain town nestled at the base of the Sierra Nevadas, he embraced an active lifestyle from a young age, participating in soccer, skiing, and football. After earning his degree from California State University, Chico in 2007, he initially joined his father’s waste management business while starting a family with his wife, Erika.

In 2014, he transitioned to education, returning to his alma mater, Paradise High School, as a teacher. His dedication and passion for teaching quickly garnered respect from colleagues, students, and administration alike, culminating in multiple accolades, including Teacher of the Year honors from both students and faculty.

Tragedy struck on November 8, 2018, when the devastating Camp Fire ravaged Paradise, destroying 95% of the town and their home. In the aftermath, he and his family relocated to Central Oregon, seeking a fresh start. This new chapter also marked the beginning of his career in real estate, where he is committed to assisting others in finding their own new beginnings.

Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys spending quality time with Erika and their three daughters, exploring the diverse recreational opportunities Central Oregon has to offer, including fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and skiing.

Recognizing the stress associated with buying and selling homes, he is dedicated to guiding his clients through the process with ease. Drawing on his teaching background, he simplifies complex concepts into manageable steps, ensuring clients feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. His integrity, technological proficiency, and strong communication skills make him a trustworthy partner in real estate.

Whether clients are selling a long-time residence or relocating to experience the beauty of Central Oregon, his expertise and personal experiences will be invaluable in achieving their real estate goals.
