With a distinguished career in real estate, this professional negotiator combines sophistication and a results-driven approach to prioritize clients' objectives. Originally from Hillsboro, she launched her real estate career in the suburbs of Chicago in 2001, where she gained extensive experience across residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial sectors. After obtaining her Broker's License in 2004, she founded Pike County Real Estate Inc. in 2005, later selling her stake in the thriving company before returning to Hillsboro in August 2007. In 2008, she acquired Montgomery County Realty and currently serves as the Managing Broker. Additionally, she is a Certified Appraiser and owns Montgomery County Appraisal Inc.

A graduate of Hillsboro High School (1997) and the University of Illinois at Springfield (2000) with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, she remains committed to professional development, having completed numerous continuing education courses in real estate and appraisal. She earned her Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification in April 2010 and became a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) in December 2014, equipping her to assist distressed homeowners effectively.

Her dedication to providing exceptional service is evident in her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to listen carefully to clients' needs. Known for her enthusiasm and commitment to the community, she strives to ensure that every real estate transaction is seamless. In recognition of her efforts, she was honored as the “Rising Star of the Year” by the Litchfield Chamber of Commerce in 2010.

Active in her community, she is a member of both the Hillsboro and Litchfield Chambers of Commerce, as well as the Daughters of the American Revolution. She is also a devoted member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Alongside her husband, Matt, she is proud to raise their three children: Carter, Ethan, and Reagan.
