Raised in Fieldbrook, California, he completed his education at Arcata High School and Humboldt State University before relocating to Las Vegas for three years while his wife pursued her studies in pharmacy.

Upon returning to his hometown, Brandon and his family settled in McKinleyville, where they are raising their two young children, a three-year-old daughter and a one-year-old son. An avid basketball enthusiast, he enjoys following his favorite teams, including the Warriors, 49ers, and Giants, and takes advantage of the beautiful outdoor opportunities the area offers.
