Scoop Cole, a licensed Florida real estate agent since 1978, was mentored in the industry by his father, Harmon Cole, who founded Cole Realty Group in Cape Coral in 1970. Harmon was a notable figure in the community, serving as President of the Cape Coral Association of Realtors and earning the title of Realtor of the Year in 1975, making them the first father-son duo to achieve these honors. Brenda Cole began her real estate career in Columbus, Ohio, before relocating to Cape Coral in 1984. In 1989, Brenda and Scoop partnered and became the first Prudential Real Estate affiliate in Southwest Florida. However, after Prudential shifted its focus to insurance, they sought a firm that aligned with their professional standards and aspirations, ultimately establishing RE/MAX Nautical Realty.

Brenda was honored as “Realtor of the Year” in 1989, while Scoop, following in his father's footsteps, served as President of the Cape Coral Realtor Association and received the “Realtor of the Year” award in both 1992 and 1993. Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Scoop and Brenda both bring a wealth of experience to their clients, and their daughter, Brooke Cole, has joined the team, continuing the family legacy as the third generation of Coles in the Southwest Florida real estate market.

Outside of their professional commitments, Scoop enjoys car racing and golfing, while Brenda finds relaxation in beach walks, yoga, and boating.
