Brenda is deeply rooted in the Lake Sam Rayburn community, having transitioned from Central Texas to embrace the unique climate and landscape of Deep East Texas. The stunning recreational opportunities and picturesque views of the Sam Rayburn Reservoir—the largest lake in Texas—along with the Neches and Angelina Rivers, have become a source of inspiration and joy.

In 1979, Brenda partnered with Sam Job, the most experienced broker in the local MLS, to establish Rayburn Realty. After concluding a fulfilling career as a stay-at-home mother, Brenda was driven by a passion for helping families create lasting memories in their own homes, whether for retirement, vacation, or full-time living. Witnessing generations return to the area year after year has been a rewarding experience.

Currently serving as the managing broker, Brenda has successfully expanded the business to include Sam Rayburn Rentals, focusing on property management within the Rayburn Resort area.
