Additionally, she served as the President of the Northern Wasatch Association of Realtors in 2018 and as the Dean of the Leadership Academy for the Utah Association of Realtors in 2020. Currently, she is a member of the Professional Standards Committee for the Utah Association of REALTORS and chaired the Realtor Political Action Committee in 2022. Most recently, she was appointed to the National Association of Realtors' Leading Edge Advisory Board for 2022.

Brenda has earned several professional designations throughout her career, culminating in her recognition as the 2021 REALTOR of the Year by the Northern Wasatch Association of Realtors. She also contributes to the education of future real estate professionals as a pre-licensed real estate instructor, teaching classes and continuing education at Ogden-Weber Tech College in Ogden, Utah.
