Brendan, originally from County Mayo, Ireland, has established a profound connection with Colorado, effortlessly navigating the vibrant real estate landscape of downtown Denver and its picturesque suburbs. His unique blend of Irish heritage and American experience enriches his approach to real estate, where he combines genuine compassion with a keen business acumen.

Growing up as the fifth of seven children on a family farm in Kiltimagh, Brendan developed a strong work ethic early on. His formative experiences, particularly attending cattle auctions with his father, instilled in him essential skills in sales and negotiation. These foundational lessons continue to inform his successful career, as he passionately assists clients in making one of life’s most significant decisions: purchasing a home.

Currently residing in the welcoming Greenwood Village neighborhood of Green Oaks with his wife, Ellen, a Denver native, Brendan's personal life is equally rich. The couple first crossed paths in 1982 during Ellen's trip to Ireland for an Irish step-dancing championship. They married in 1984 at the historic Ballintubber Abbey in western Ireland. After starting their family in Ireland, the Morans relocated to Denver in 1992. They are proud parents to six wonderful children, most of whom have embarked on their own journeys, while Ellen’s extended family remains close by, enhancing their sense of community.
