About Brett Baumann

Brett Baumann, a native of Southern California, graduated from Colton High School in 1977, where he excelled as a three-sport athlete. That same year, he was drafted by the California Angels but opted to pursue a college education instead of a professional baseball career.

After studying Business Management, Brett joined his father in the real estate sector, forming a father-son partnership that thrived from 1990 until his father's passing in 1999. Following this loss, Brett obtained his Broker’s License and continued to honor his father's legacy within the Mariposa County real estate market, establishing himself as a second-generation real estate broker.

Brett's athletic background has been instrumental in assembling a high-performing team, allowing him to collaborate with exceptional professionals who contribute to their ongoing success as a leading real estate sales team.

He has been happily married to his wife, Wendy, for 24 years, and together they have four children. Brett has also taken an active role in the community as a Little League Baseball coach for the Mariposa League, while Wendy teaches first and second grades at Sierra Foothill Charter School.
