About Brett Brown

Brett Brown brings nearly three decades of extensive experience in the local real estate market, with a focus on residential development sales and rentals. Since joining Fiddler’s Creek Realty in 2011, he has played a pivotal role in managing all sales operations within the prestigious master-planned luxury community situated just off Collier Boulevard, en route to Marco Island.

Fiddler’s Creek spans approximately 4,000 acres and is designed to accommodate 6,000 residences. To date, 1,700 homes have been completed, with around 4,300 still to be constructed. The community is characterized by a low density of 1.6 homes per gross acre, and upon completion, it will feature around 100 unique neighborhoods.

Brett is a distinguished graduate of the inaugural Leadership Development Class of 2004 and has been a longstanding member of the NABOR Honor Society. In 2011, he was honored as "Realtor of the Year" by the Naples Area Board of Realtors.

His accolades include the REALTOR® Committee Contribution Award in 2006 and the NABBE (Naples Area Board Best Effort) award in 2007. Brett served on the NABOR Board of Directors from 2007 to 2008 and held the position of President in 2009. He has participated in numerous NABOR committees, including Professional Standards, Governmental Issues, Leadership Development, Community Development, Media Relations, and RPAC. He has also chaired the Professional Development and NABOR Functions committees and initiated the Global Business Committee.

At the state level, Brett is the 2012 District 5 DVP for Florida Realtors®, as well as an RPAC Trustee and the current Vice Chair of the Resort and Second Home Forum.

On a national scale, he has chaired the Resort and Second Home Committee and currently serves as the NAR Chair of the State and Local Leadership Forum for Global Business. He is also a graduate of the 2012 NAR Leadership Academy.

Brett holds several prestigious designations and certifications, including CIPS, CRB, CRS, ABRM, RSPS, CSP, AHWD, e-PRO, and SFR, which are achieved by only a select few professionals in the field.
