About Brett McPeak

Brett relocated to Jackson Hole in 1993, initially joining a local newspaper. Shortly thereafter, he transitioned to a real estate firm in the valley, where he played a pivotal role in developing joint marketing strategies and enhancing information technology across the company’s regional offices.

In 2003, following the firm’s acquisition by a national franchise, Brett took on responsibilities in daily management and facilitated the merger and acquisition of franchise locations in Sun Valley, Idaho, and Santa Fe, New Mexico. By 2006, he had accepted a broker position with a different development, where he led a team focused on real estate and membership sales within a private golf course community.

Brett's leadership extends to his service on the Teton Board of Realtors (TBOR), where he completed three terms on the MLS Board and was elected President in 2009. He was honored as the TBOR Realtor of the Year in 2008 and has previously chaired the Wyoming Association of Realtors’ Practitioners’ Standards Committee. Additionally, he has been recognized multiple times in JH Weekly’s annual survey as one of the “Best Real Estate Agents.”

Brett holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Lehigh University, awarded in 1993. He is the proud father of two children, aged 10 and 13, and discovered a passion for baking during the pandemic, mastering the art of banana bread.
