Born and raised in Effingham, Brian graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville in 2001. A dedicated family man, he is married and the proud father of two daughters. Actively involved in his community, he is a member of the DeColores Community, the Effingham Knights of Columbus, and a parishioner at St. Anthony Church, where he also volunteers his time.
