I am Brian Waite a 15 year resident of Southwest Michigan Born and raised in a small farming town in Iowa I quickly learned the value of hard work I took my first "real" job at the age of 14 de-tasseling corn for two summers Throughout high school and college I was employed by a mid-west grocery store chain This gave me the opportunity to work in several departments within the chain and ultimately develop my work ethic and gain knowledge of problem solving and people skills

I graduated from college with a degree in computer programming and worked for a financial group in Des Moines for 8 years I was lucky enough to move to Southwest Michigan due to a spouse relocation but was in need of a job That is where I found Anytime Fitness a 24 hour fitness club Over the course of 5 years I opened four clubs and really enjoyed that time in my life building a business After 12 years in that industry my interest shifted to real estate and that is when I sold off my fitness facilities and got my real estate license I have been a licensed agent in Michigan for over 5 years With all the roles I have had the main goal is to provide a great client experience I have helped an array of buyers from first time home buyers to lake front 2nd homes If you are looking to buy or sell in South West Michigan I am here to help I truly love what I do
