About Brian Ward

Brian Ward, a Long Island native, relocated to the Capital District in 1973. He is a proud alumnus of Cardinal McCloskey High School, now known as Bishop Maginn, where both of his children also completed their education.

While pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Russell Sage College, Brian balanced his studies with a full-time position at the New York State Office of General Services. During this time, he discovered his enthusiasm for real estate through two elective courses. In 1985, he obtained his real estate license and soon after took a leave from his state job to launch his real estate career in 1986. Over the past 36 years, Brian has dedicated himself to assisting buyers in finding their ideal homes and helping sellers navigate the market. His expertise spans residential, commercial, and investment properties, and he is committed to ensuring that each client finds the right fit for their needs. Many of his clients return to work with him repeatedly, often entrusting him with the home-buying journeys of their children.

Family holds a central place in Brian's life, influencing his professional ethos. He has been happily married to his wife, Debbie, for nearly 25 years, and together they have raised two wonderful children, Caitlin and Kyle.
