About Brooke Bartol

Brooke Bartol, a native of Lake Martin, draws inspiration from her early career at The Walt Disney Company in the 1990s. Her passion for helping individuals discover their ideal homes has solidified her belief that the greater Lake Martin area is truly one of the happiest places on earth.

Brooke's journey into real estate began a decade ago with a local brokerage, where she gained comprehensive experience across various facets of the industry. Since earning her license, she has engaged in showing both residential and commercial properties, and has collaborated closely with mortgage lenders and title professionals in her role as a transaction coordinator. Brooke's unique approach adds a distinct touch to the Resort Living team at Three Sixty.

Originally from Alexander City, Brooke has deep roots in the region, having grown up amidst the Russell boom. Both of her parents were employed by Russell, and she herself worked for the corporation and its retail store. Her life has taken her across the South, from Orlando to Virginia Beach and Birmingham, but her heart ultimately led her back to her hometown. She currently resides in the StillWaters community with her fiancé, Tasha Dawkins, owner of Happy Tails Pet Companion and Tasha Dawkins Photography, while raising her son, William Trout.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Brooke has a passion for watercolor art, antique furniture, and jewelry. A dedicated fan of the University of Alabama, she enjoys music, cherishes time spent with family and friends, and loves exploring the scenic landscapes of Alabama through road trips and day trips.

Tallapoosa County, Alabama presents a fascinating real estate landscape that reflects the broader transformation occurring throughout east-central Alabama. With 175 total actively licensed agents serving the county, this market demonstrates remarkable connectivity, as all 175 agents maintain email communications - a 100% digital adoption rate that speaks to the modernization of Alabama's rural real estate sectors.

The county's real estate dynamics are shaped by its proximity to Auburn University and the broader Montgomery metropolitan influence, creating unique investment opportunities that many overlook. From the historic charm of Dadeville along Lake Martin's shores to the agricultural transitions happening in smaller communities like Camp Hill and Goldville, Tallapoosa County offers diverse property types that attract both recreational buyers and long-term investors seeking affordable rural alternatives.

Major Tallapoosa County, Alabama Real Estate Markets

Alexander City serves as the county's primary real estate hub, benefiting from its position on Lake Martin - one of Alabama's most sought-after recreational destinations. The city's Russell Mills Dam area has seen significant residential development, with waterfront properties commanding premium prices while inland neighborhoods offer exceptional value for families and retirees. Dadeville represents another key market, where historic downtown revitalization efforts have sparked renewed interest in both commercial and residential properties.

The county's smaller communities like New Site, Daviston, and Hackneyville are experiencing subtle but important shifts as remote work trends drive urban dwellers to seek rural properties with modern connectivity. These areas offer large-lot residential opportunities and agricultural land conversions that appeal to buyers seeking lifestyle changes, creating niche markets that savvy agents are beginning to capitalize on.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Tallapoosa County's real estate market operates within multiple economic influences, from Lake Martin's recreational economy to the agricultural heritage that still defines much of the county's land use. Seasonal fluctuations are pronounced, with lake properties seeing peak activity during spring and summer months, while agricultural and hunting properties generate interest during fall transitions. This creates complex timing challenges that require agents to understand diverse buyer motivations and seasonal patterns.

The county's geographic diversity - spanning from Appalachian foothills to fertile river valleys - means agents must possess knowledge spanning waterfront regulations, agricultural zoning, and recreational property management. Properties range from million-dollar lake estates to affordable rural homesteads, requiring agents to navigate vastly different financing scenarios and buyer expectations within the same local market.

Why Businesses Need Tallapoosa County, Alabama Agent Contact Data

Mortgage lenders and financial services companies find Tallapoosa County's agent network particularly valuable because these 175 professionals handle diverse transaction types requiring specialized lending products. From recreational property financing to agricultural land loans, agents here regularly encounter buyers needing non-traditional financing solutions, making them ideal referral partners for lenders offering portfolio products or rural development programs.

Home service providers and contractors benefit enormously from connecting with Tallapoosa County agents, who frequently work with buyers purchasing properties requiring significant renovations or infrastructure improvements. Lake properties often need dock repairs, septic updates, or waterfront landscaping, while rural properties may require well drilling, road improvements, or agricultural facility construction - creating consistent referral opportunities for businesses that establish relationships with the county's real estate professionals.
