About Bruce King

In 1999, after dedicating over two decades to the technology sector in corporate America, this real estate professional transitioned from a director role at a Fortune 500 company to pursue a new path. Having frequented the Santa Rosa Beach, Florida area since the early 1980s, he recognized it as the ideal location to establish his home.

Upon relocating, he entered the real estate market, leveraging his technical expertise and analytical skills alongside his sales acumen. This strategic combination proved advantageous, as he was honored as the Rookie Agent of the Year in 2000 while with Abbott Realty (now Vacasa), the leading brokerage on the Emerald Coast at that time.

In 2001, seeking the personalized experience of a boutique brokerage, he joined Coastal Properties of NW Florida. Shortly thereafter, he established The Premier Property Group, which by 2003 was responsible for 35% of the company’s total sales. In 2004, Coastal Properties ranked fifth in sales among over 400 local brokerages, while he personally secured the fourth position among more than 3,500 Realtors in the area, consistently achieving top agent status within the firm.

In 2006, he and his partners transitioned The Premier Property Group into an independent full-service brokerage, where he took on the roles of broker and managing partner. By emphasizing innovative marketing strategies, exceptional customer service, and comprehensive market knowledge, they rapidly became the leading agency in their target markets.

By 2009, with The Premier Property Group having established itself as a benchmark for excellence in local real estate, he chose to refocus on his passion for real estate sales and development. After negotiating a departure from the brokerage, he returned to independent real estate practice, concentrating on the Villages of 30A and West Panama City Beach. With a dedicated support team handling operational details, he now prioritizes his clients’ needs, whether in marketing properties or negotiating purchases of their dream homes.

Armed with degrees in Computer Science and extensive experience in influential tech companies, he possesses a unique blend of technical proficiency, analytical insight, sales and marketing expertise, and a deep-rooted passion for the area he serves. This combination has proven beneficial throughout his career.

His experience encompasses a wide range of scenarios, including working with first-time buyers and seasoned investors, managing real estate portfolios, and collaborating with developers on successful projects. His capabilities extend from crafting sales and marketing strategies to refining pricing structures and optimizing community designs to ensure project success.

Clients can expect a professional who excels in diverse situations, whether it involves navigating complex financial discussions or guiding first-time homebuyers through their decisions. His commitment to hard work, coupled with a touch of luck, has facilitated a successful real estate career, with over half a billion dollars in personal sales closed in just over 20 years.

The Villages of South Walton and West Panama City Beach are not just his professional focus; they are his home. Living in such a beautiful area allows him to authentically represent the locale, matching buyers with properties that suit their needs while negotiating optimal deals.

He welcomes inquiries at any time and is eager to discuss real estate opportunities.

Walton County, Florida represents one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving real estate markets along the Gulf Coast, attracting both luxury vacation home buyers and permanent residents seeking coastal lifestyle opportunities. This scenic county, stretching from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico to pristine inland lakes and forests, has experienced unprecedented growth in recent years, driven by remote work trends and Florida's continued population boom.

With 3,774 total actively licensed real estate agents operating throughout the county—all maintaining current email contact information—Walton County boasts one of the most professionally robust agent networks per capita in Northwest Florida. This extensive network of licensed professionals reflects the market's complexity and the diverse needs of buyers ranging from first-time beachfront condo purchasers to multi-million dollar estate investors.

Major Walton County, Florida Real Estate Markets

The county's real estate landscape centers around several distinct markets, each with unique characteristics and price points. Destin-Fort Walton Beach serves as the primary metropolitan hub, featuring high-rise condominiums, luxury resort properties, and established residential neighborhoods. Meanwhile, the 30A corridor—including Seaside, WaterColor, and Rosemary Beach—commands some of the highest property values in the region, with custom beach homes regularly selling for $5-15 million.

Inland communities like Freeport, Defuniak Springs, and Crestview offer more affordable housing options while still providing access to the county's recreational amenities and growing job market. These areas have seen surprising appreciation rates, with some neighborhoods experiencing 20-30% value increases over the past three years as buyers seek alternatives to premium coastal properties.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Walton County's real estate market operates across multiple price segments simultaneously, creating unique challenges for agents and opportunities for savvy investors. Seasonal vacation rental demand drives much of the coastal market activity, while year-round residents increasingly populate inland areas with new construction communities and established neighborhoods. The county's strict building codes and environmental protections add complexity to development projects but help preserve property values.

Geographic diversity within the county means agents must understand everything from beachfront regulations and flood zone requirements to rural land development opportunities and historic district preservation rules. This complexity explains why the county supports such a large number of licensed professionals, each bringing specialized knowledge to different market segments and geographic areas.

Why Businesses Need Walton County, Florida Agent Contact Data

Companies serving the real estate industry—from mortgage lenders and title companies to home improvement contractors and luxury furnishing retailers—require direct access to Walton County's extensive agent network to effectively market their services. With all 3,774 licensed agents maintaining current email addresses, businesses can efficiently reach professionals handling transactions across all price ranges and property types, from modest inland homes to ultra-luxury coastal estates.

The county's unique market dynamics, including high transaction volumes, diverse property types, and significant out-of-state buyer activity, create substantial opportunities for service providers who can effectively connect with local agents. Direct agent contact data enables businesses to build relationships with professionals who influence major purchasing decisions and can provide referrals across the county's varied real estate segments.
