About Bryan Jacobs

Bryan Jacobs serves as the Principal Partner of RealSmart Property Group, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in the Silicon Valley real estate market as an investor, property manager, and broker.

Bryan's journey in real estate began in 1987 when he took on the role of loan research analyst at a prominent brokerage firm in San Mateo. At just 18, he earned his real estate license and quickly immersed himself in the local market, acquiring his first investment property by the age of 22. He subsequently expanded his portfolio by purchasing three rental properties, which he later sold to invest in a larger apartment building in San Carlos. Concurrently, Bryan became a partner in a mortgage business, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the real estate division of the brokerage. In 1998, he and his business partner, Karen, founded RealSmart Property Group, shifting their focus entirely to real estate investments.

With a genuine passion for real estate, Bryan embodies the principle of “practice what you preach.” Over the past three decades, he has utilized his expertise in buying, selling, investing, remodeling, syndicating, and managing properties to guide clients in achieving their real estate objectives. His commitment to client relationships is evident, as many return to him for assistance and refer friends and family. Remarkably, his very first client remains a loyal friend and client to this day.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Small Business Management from San Francisco State University and dedicated seven years to writing a real estate column for the San Francisco Examiner. Currently, he facilitates a weekly Mastermind meeting for top-producing real estate agents in the mid-peninsula, where they engage in discussions about market trends and collaborate with local school and community leaders, builders, and non-profit organizations.

Outside of his professional commitments, Bryan enjoys outdoor activities, whether riding his motorcycle or hiking the peninsula's trails. He has a strong interest in travel, making it a priority to visit Europe annually, particularly Germany, where his wife is from, to immerse himself in the culture and connect with family. On rare weekends, he indulges in a round of golf but primarily cherishes time spent with his wife and son.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in San Mateo County, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, PropTech platforms, CE providers, insurance brokers, and recruiters all rely on targeted agent data to drive pipeline — and a county-level list cuts straight to the professionals closing deals in your market, without paying for contacts you'll never use.

Whether you're pitching a new loan product, promoting a continuing education course, or recruiting for a growing brokerage, agent email lists let you move fast. Cold email platforms like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) make it simple to upload a verified list and launch a campaign the same day. This San Mateo County list integrates cleanly with any modern sending tool, so you spend your time on messaging — not data cleanup.

Why Buy a San Mateo County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record in this list is sourced directly from the California Department of Real Estate, meaning you're getting actively licensed agents — not stale scraped data from listing sites. Emails are cleaned monthly, new contacts are added weekly, and the entire database is fully refreshed bi-annually. That discipline is why we back every list with a 96% deliverability guarantee — something cheap data vendors simply cannot offer.

Dr Bill has been selling real estate agent data since 2005 with over 31,000 lists delivered to clients across the country. When you buy a San Mateo County real estate agent email list here, you're buying from a team that treats data accuracy as a professional standard, not an afterthought. No guessing, no inflated counts, no recycled files from two years ago.

How to Use This San Mateo County Agent List

The most immediate use is direct email outreach — load the list into a cold-email platform, segment by broker versus sales agent, and send targeted messages to each audience. Brokers respond to different offers than individual agents, and this list gives you the fields to make that split cleanly. You can also use the data for direct mail campaigns or phone outreach, since the list includes {{CELL_COUNT}} agents with verified cell phone numbers.

Beyond direct outreach, agent emails are highly effective for LinkedIn matching and audience building for paid social campaigns. Upload the list to LinkedIn's matched audiences tool and serve ads precisely to the San Mateo County agents already in your funnel. However you deploy it, segmentation is the difference between noise and results — and this list gives you the data structure to segment properly.

Why San Mateo County, California Agent Data Matters

San Mateo County spans a distinct range of markets — from Redwood City and San Mateo to Daly City, South San Francisco, Pacifica, and Half Moon Bay. These are agents working specific neighborhoods and price points, and a county-level list lets you speak to that local context in your outreach. The county currently has {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified emails, a meaningful audience that gets lost inside a broad statewide blast.

Targeting at the county level — or narrower — consistently outperforms generic state lists for response rate and conversion. No other vendor offers zip code-level segmentation within San Mateo County, which means you can zero in on agents working specific postal codes if your product or service is geographically concentrated. That precision is only possible when the underlying data is built at the granular level from the start.
