About Bud Kreh

Bud embarked on his real estate journey in 1964 in Northern Virginia, focusing primarily on land and commercial transactions. His passion for land led him to Madison County in 1976, where he established a small real estate office in the Town of Madison. Over the course of more than five decades in the industry, Bud has achieved numerous professional designations, including ABR, CRB, CRS, GRI, SRES, and E-Pro.

In addition to his extensive experience, Bud serves as a licensed instructor for the Virginia Real Estate Board. He is also a certified ethics instructor for the Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR) and teaches for both the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors (CAAR) and the Greater Piedmont Area Association of Realtors (GPAAR). His contributions to the field include participation in the VAR Risk Management Advocacy Group and the Standard Forms Working Group.

Bud is a certified mediator for VAR, GPAAR, and CAAR, reflecting his commitment to fostering professionalism within the industry. His accolades include the Realtor of the Year award from GPAAR in 2002, the Code of Ethics award from GPAAR in 1992, and the Code of Ethics in Action award from CAAR in 2006.
