A proud graduate of Pine Tree High School in 1999, Candace's strong faith has been a guiding force in her life, nurtured by her parents who instilled in her the importance of community and service through their involvement at Mobberly Baptist Church. It was there that she met her husband, Ben, and together they are raising their three children, actively participating in church and community life.

The Young family enjoys exploring the great outdoors, frequently traveling to the mountains of Colorado and Montana. They also cherish camping and fishing, taking every opportunity to appreciate nature together. Their children are enrolled in New Diana schools, where they engage in various sports and extracurricular activities. Candace contributes to the school community as an active member of the PTO and serves as Secretary for the Friends of the New Diana FFA, reflecting her commitment to giving back.
