Candice Jones Land is a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in Suwannee County, where she is a fourth-generation resident. A graduate of Suwannee High School, she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Saint Leo University in Gainesville. Following her academic pursuits, Candice returned to Live Oak, where she spent 21 years as an elementary and ESE teacher.

She is married to Leon Land, and together they have two children. In her leisure time, Candice cherishes family outings, which often include boating on the Suwannee River, saltwater fishing, and scalloping in the picturesque areas of Steinhatchee and Keaton Beach. She also enjoys paddleboarding, UTV riding, and cheering on her sons at their sporting events. Additionally, Candice has a passion for reading and looks forward to spending summers in the Florida Keys.
