In 1998, motivated by a desire to provide her children with the same enriching experiences she cherished, she acquired a quaint cabin in Baylis Cove. At the age of 23, she embarked on her real estate career, specializing in the New Homes sector for 18 years. Her tenure included positions at Kaufman and Broad, Davidon, and Shapell Homes, where she successfully facilitated the closing of hundreds of new homes across various communities, from San Jose to Oakdale and Pleasant Hill to Danville. Her responsibilities encompassed drafting contracts, securing financing, and overseeing interior design selections, ensuring a seamless closing process for each new home community.

After taking time off to raise her children, she transitioned to the resale market, beginning her training with Keller Williams in Danville. She earned her GRI certification and completed 112 hours of specialized training in areas such as financing, building codes, commercial investment properties, ethics, and contract law. Throughout her career, she has effectively assisted first-time buyers, move-up sellers, and investors, achieving a commendable success rate.

The decision to establish her business in Lake County has proven to be her most rewarding career move. Here, she enjoys a close-knit community where relationships are personal, and names are known.
