Carl D. Randal, a resident of Huntsville since 2009, relocated to the area in pursuit of opportunities to support his family. A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, he dedicated 26 years of service to his country, during which he relocated 23 times, including two assignments in Huntsville. His initial stay in the city spanned from 2002 to 2004, and he returned in 2009, retiring in 2011.

In addition to his extensive experience with relocation and home selection, Carl possesses a background in real estate investment. His family owned various investment properties in Louisiana, including apartment buildings and single-family homes. He was actively involved in all facets of the business, from acquisition and maintenance to renovation, rent collection, tenant transitions, eviction processes, and bookkeeping.
