About Carl Cleveland

Carl is a dedicated family man with deep roots in Central Texas. Raised in Rockdale, he joined the Texas National Guard immediately after high school, serving honorably for six years. Following his military service, Carl pursued a degree in Business Management at the University of Texas.

His professional journey began when he was selected as the 24th member of the startup team for the Westinghouse Plant in Round Rock. Additionally, he contributed to the initial startup team for the Superconducting Super Collider project, where groundbreaking research in particle physics took place.

For the past 41 years, Carl has made Georgetown his home, co-owning Georgetown Sporting Goods. Afterward, he transitioned to a role as a licensed insurance agent with Modern Woodmen of America, where he served for nearly six years. Most notably, he has spent the last 25 years as the Production Operations Manager in the office seating and school furniture industry.

Carl has been happily married to his wife, Donna, since 2002. Together, they are proud parents of eight children and grandparents to 16 grandchildren. They have been active members of Heritage Baptist Church in Georgetown for over 36 years. Carl's commitment to his family, community, and faith is evident in every aspect of his life, reflecting a steadfast dedication to serving others.
