Carmen Jimenez Phillips is a seasoned Realtor® and investor with over 25 years of experience in real estate and economic development within the Central Valley. Her commitment to promoting homeownership and investment opportunities reflects her belief in the transformative power of real estate to build generational wealth. In her capacity as Chair of the Investors Exchangors at the Fresno Association of Realtors (FAR), Carmen has successfully fostered connections between community leaders and Realtor® members. This initiative aims to facilitate the exchange of information and resources, creating mutually beneficial partnerships.

Carmen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Craig School of Business at California State University, Fresno. In addition to her real estate endeavors, she serves on the board of directors for FAR and is actively involved in the Scholarship and Outreach Committee.

Beyond her professional commitments, Carmen has been a soccer coach since 2009, contributing her time and expertise to the sport. She also serves on the board of directors for Clovis Crossfire and holds the position of Commissioner for the Garfield Soccer Club. Previously, she chaired the FAR Scholarship Committee and served as Vice President of the Garfield Soccer Club.
