About Carol Goyena

Raised on a farm in Iowa, this dedicated professional pursued a Medical Assistant-Receptionist degree in Minneapolis before beginning her career in Mason City. Her journey then took her to Denver, Colorado, where she spent four years working in an Ear, Nose, and Throat practice. Driven by a spirit of adventure, she relocated to Brooklyn, New York, continuing her work in the medical field.

In 1967, she embarked on a European journey, exploring seven countries, before making a significant move to Arizona in December 1980, purchasing a home in Fountain Hills—a decision she considers one of the best her family has ever made. She entered the real estate industry in 1987, joining her husband, Joe, who had been active in the field for three years. Her inaugural year in real estate was marked by recognition as "Rookie of the Year." Together, they formed a successful sales team, achieving accolades as Sales Team of the Month for twelve consecutive years and receiving numerous awards throughout their careers.

Her professional development includes designations such as e-PRO, BPO, and Leadership Training. As a former member of the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR), she has built a network that allows her to refer clients to WCR realtors across the country while also benefiting from reciprocal referrals.

Having lived in Fountain Hills nearly since its inception, she possesses extensive knowledge of the area and its history, which she is eager to share with clients. Her real estate license has always been affiliated with MCO Realty, a subsidiary of MCO Properties, the master developer of Fountain Hills.
