About Carol Zosel

The ZoselHarper team is dedicated to fostering enduring relationships with clients, focusing on building their business through the satisfaction of those they serve. Their primary goal is to assist both buyers and sellers in making informed real estate decisions while expertly managing the intricacies of marketing, showcasing, and selling properties.

Six years ago, they made the serendipitous decision to relocate to their log cabin on Deer Ridge Lane, just north of town. This move was a blend of opportunity and fortunate timing.

Having spent 29 years in Portland, Carol and Chuck brought diverse professional backgrounds to their new venture. Carol's experience includes teaching at the Oregon Episcopal School and serving as a public school administrator, while Chuck worked in engineering with Sulzer, an industrial pump manufacturer. They raised two daughters, guiding them through college and into promising careers, which inspired Carol and Chuck to envision their own future in Sisters, Oregon.

Both Carol and Chuck have deep roots in rural Oregon; Carol grew up on a ranch in Elkton, and Chuck hails from Prineville. Their return to this environment has been a joyful reconnection with their origins.

Eager to engage with their new community, they have immersed themselves in various local initiatives. Carol is actively involved in the Sisters Garden Club, the Episcopal Church Women’s Guild, the Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show, Habitat for Humanity’s Women’s Build, and Circle of Friends. Meanwhile, Chuck contributes his time to the Sisters Rotary Club, participates in Habitat for Humanity task forces, and supports the Sisters Rodeo.

The most rewarding aspect of their real estate careers has been the opportunity to meet remarkable individuals throughout their journey. They find fulfillment in exceeding clients' expectations during significant life transitions, utilizing their extensive skills to ensure a smooth and enjoyable process.

The ZoselHarper mission—“To develop and sustain meaningful relationships by offering unparalleled service through open communication, collaboration, and dynamic representation”—aligns seamlessly with the core values of Keller Williams.
