Caroline's interest in real estate was ignited during her childhood in Chicago, Illinois. As she strolled through her neighborhood, she eagerly collected brochures detailing homes for sale. Each Halloween, she took advantage of the festive atmosphere to discreetly admire the interiors of homes while trick-or-treating, often critiquing them from the front steps, all unbeknownst to the homeowners. Although her fascination with properties was evident, the aspiration to become a Realtor had yet to crystallize.

In 1998, Caroline moved to Phoenix, Arizona, to pursue a degree in Business Management at Arizona State University. During her four years of study, she honed her customer service skills by working full-time in the hospitality industry, where she advanced to managerial roles. Her focus was on training staff and enhancing customer experiences, laying a solid foundation for her future career.

Caroline graduated Magna Cum Laude in the summer of 2002 and relocated to San Diego to begin her management career at the San Diego Marriott Marquis and Marina. In her spare time, she explored the local real estate market, admiring the diverse architectural styles. It became clear to her that merging her two passions—business management and real estate—was the key to achieving her professional dreams.

In 2004, Caroline embarked on her real estate journey by joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. She faced significant challenges, including entering the market as a young agent amidst a downturn in 2005. While many agents exited the field, Caroline persevered and ultimately thrived.

Since mid-2010, Caroline has been with Keller Williams Realty in Carmel Valley/Del Mar. She values the continuous education and training provided by the firm and has earned a position in the Keller Williams Luxury Homes Division, a recognition awarded to agents consistently ranking in the top 10% of their market.

In her pursuit of growth and excellence, Caroline partnered with fellow Realtor Kim Tran to establish the TnT Realty Group.
