About Carolyn Hall

Robin Hall integrates her expertise as a land use attorney with extensive experience in real estate investment, all while fostering meaningful relationships in her role as a REALTOR. A graduate of Stetson University in Florida, Robin dedicated many years to addressing environmental zoning and land use matters for the City of Tampa and an environmental law firm. Prior to this, she gained valuable insights as a title searcher for a real estate attorney.

In addition to her legal background, Robin has worked as a recruiter, connecting employers with candidates in sales and marketing. After spending numerous summers in Vermont, she and her late husband, Brad, a University of Vermont alumnus, decided to settle in the Green Mountains to raise their family and pursue their entrepreneurial interests, including the development of small businesses like Madhouse Munchies. Her legal acumen in contracts significantly contributed to their business growth and the acquisition and sale of investment properties.

Robin's comprehensive understanding of real estate—gained through her roles as a lawyer, investor, and landlord—led her to embark on a career in real estate. Having partnered with Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty for her own transactions, she is confident in the firm's esteemed reputation and commitment to client service.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Robin is deeply involved in the local hockey community. Her dedication to the sport has established her as a prominent figure, serving as a coach, volunteer, and recruiter. Ten years ago, she founded the “Breakaway Hockey Camp,” aimed at enhancing the skills of young female players across Vermont and nurturing their passion for the game. In addition to mentoring her four children, Robin has also guided young girls through hockey, Girl Scouts, and various school volunteer initiatives.

With her extensive experience and ability to connect with others, Robin is well-equipped to assist home buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process. She currently resides in South Burlington with her children.

Chittenden County stands as Vermont's economic powerhouse and most densely populated region, centered around Burlington and encompassing a diverse mix of lakefront properties, suburban developments, and rural estates. The county's real estate market benefits from its position along Lake Champlain's eastern shore, proximity to major universities, and status as Vermont's commercial hub, creating unique demand patterns that distinguish it from the rest of the Green Mountain State.

With 465 total actively licensed agents serving the region, Chittenden County maintains a robust professional network that reflects the area's sophisticated market dynamics. What's particularly noteworthy is that all 465 agents maintain email accessibility, indicating a tech-forward approach that aligns with the county's educated demographic and progressive business environment.

Major Chittenden County, Vermont Real Estate Markets

Burlington dominates as the county's primary market, offering everything from historic downtown condominiums to waterfront estates along Lake Champlain's Intervale. South Burlington has emerged as a major suburban center, attracting families with its excellent schools and proximity to Burlington International Airport, while Colchester and Essex provide more affordable options with rural character. Shelburne appeals to luxury buyers seeking historic charm and equestrian properties, and Winooski has transformed into a trendy, walkable community popular with young professionals and university affiliates.

The western communities like Charlotte and Hinesburg offer genuine rural living with easy access to Burlington's amenities, creating a surprising dynamic where buyers can find working farms within a 30-minute commute of Vermont's largest city. Meanwhile, Richmond and Jericho provide mountain access and outdoor recreation opportunities that command premium prices among buyers prioritizing lifestyle over convenience.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Chittenden County's real estate market operates on multiple tiers simultaneously, with lakefront properties in Burlington and Shelburne commanding prices that rival coastal New England markets, while rural areas just miles inland offer significantly more affordable options. The presence of the University of Vermont, Champlain College, and major employers like Burton Snowboards creates consistent rental demand and influences seasonal market fluctuations that agents must navigate carefully.

Perhaps most surprising is how the county's relatively small geographic footprint contains such varied market segments – from million-dollar lake estates to starter homes under $200,000 – often within the same town boundaries. This complexity requires agents to maintain expertise across multiple property types and price points, making local knowledge absolutely critical for successful transactions.

Why Businesses Need Chittenden County, Vermont Agent Contact Data

Real estate service providers, from mortgage lenders to home inspection companies, find Chittenden County's concentrated agent population creates exceptional networking opportunities, but only when they can efficiently reach the right professionals. With all 465 agents maintaining email contact information, businesses can execute targeted campaigns for luxury services in Shelburne, first-time buyer programs in Winooski, or rural property specialists in the county's outer communities.

The county's agents handle Vermont's most diverse transaction volume, making them valuable connections for businesses seeking to establish statewide presence or test new services in a sophisticated market. Companies offering everything from staging services to commercial lending find that Chittenden County agents often influence purchasing decisions throughout Vermont, making these professional relationships particularly valuable for business expansion strategies.
