About Carrie Redd

My grandpa used to say that “Spokane is God’s country ” I am so blessed and proud to not only be a local Spokane and Spokane Valley real estate agent but to also be a native Spokanite who contributes to our wonderful community both personally and professionally When I was a young girl we left home so my father could pursue his real estate career in Alaska Although I was away during those years my heart always remained in the Lilac City

After receiving my BS at the University of Utah I moved back to Spokane and earned my Masters Degree from Eastern Washington University Although I loved helping local youth through my position as a school counselor my family’s history in the real estate industry began tugging mightily on my heart strings I realized that as a Realtor I could help contribute to the growth and prosperity of our city as well as its many diverse residents Since 2008 I have been serving the needs of people coming into going out of and relocating within Spokane and the Spokane Valley area ?My unwavering dedication to those I serve has earned me excellent referrals and many repeat clients I take referral and repeat business very seriously because I view it as marker of how well I am doing my job
In addition to being a locally invested Spokane Valley real estate agent I am also a proud wife and the momma to two amazingly sweet little boys Family is extremely important to me and I am very blessed that nearly all of mine are close to home in the Spokane area Those of us who live here know how truly great a place this is to raise a family in I love skiing at one of our 5 top notch resorts in the wintertime In summertime you can find me out on one of our 75 breathtaking lakes hitting the links at one of our 20 amazing golf courses hiking the Centennial Trail or relaxing at Riverfront and Manito park with family and friends When I am not selling Spokane Valley real estate I am passionately cheering on my Zags and I am proud to support them during the WCC tournament every March However my passion for the Seahawks tops everything else! In my spare time I serve on a committee for the Spokane Home Builders Association as a Children's Miracle Network Agent and as a volunteer at the Children's Clubhouse at Providence Sacred Heart Children's Hospital
One of the reasons I love the realty industry is that it is always evolving I constantly further my education to expand my knowledge and expertise This allows me to serve your needs with the expertise and dedication you deserve throughout the process of building buying or selling Spokane Valley real estate I welcome you to contact me today in order to put my experience to work for you and your family and to help welcome you to this amazing neck of the woods!

Spokane County's real estate market represents one of Washington State's most dynamic and diverse property landscapes, spanning from urban downtown districts to sprawling rural acreage. With 2,588 total actively licensed agents serving the region, this market demonstrates remarkable depth and professional coverage that reflects the area's growing economic importance in the Pacific Northwest. The density of real estate professionals indicates a robust transaction volume and competitive marketplace that attracts both local residents and out-of-state investors.

What makes Spokane County particularly fascinating is its blend of affordable urban living and recreational property opportunities, creating unique investment patterns that differ significantly from Seattle's high-cost market. The presence of 2,588 agents with email connectivity ensures that digital marketing and virtual property tours have become standard practice, enabling seamless transactions even for remote buyers discovering the region's value proposition.

Major Spokane County, Washington Real Estate Markets

The City of Spokane dominates the county's real estate activity, with neighborhoods like South Hill, Browne's Addition, and the revitalized downtown core driving significant appreciation and development interest. Spokane Valley represents the second major market concentration, offering suburban family homes and new construction that appeals to Boeing employees and other aerospace professionals relocating from more expensive Washington markets. Liberty Lake has emerged as a premium residential destination, while Cheney benefits from Eastern Washington University's consistent student housing demand.

Rural markets throughout the county, including areas near Medical Lake, Deer Park, and the vast unincorporated regions, present unique opportunities for agricultural properties, recreational land, and custom home sites. These diverse geographic markets require specialized knowledge, explaining why the county supports such a substantial agent population across relatively dispersed communities and property types.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Spokane County's real estate market operates on multiple economic drivers, from healthcare and education employment in urban areas to agricultural and recreational property demand in rural zones. Seasonal fluctuations significantly impact certain segments, with lakefront and recreational properties experiencing intense spring and summer activity, while urban residential markets maintain steadier year-round transaction patterns. The market's complexity increases due to varying zoning regulations, water rights considerations, and significant elevation differences across the county's terrain.

Price appreciation patterns vary dramatically between urban Spokane proper and outlying communities, creating arbitrage opportunities that sophisticated investors actively pursue. The market's relative affordability compared to western Washington continues attracting California and Seattle-area buyers, introducing cash transactions and above-asking offers that surprise local market participants and accelerate appreciation in select neighborhoods.

Why Businesses Need Spokane County, Washington Agent Contact Data

Mortgage lenders, insurance companies, and home service providers require comprehensive agent contact databases to effectively penetrate Spokane County's fragmented market structure. With agents distributed across urban, suburban, and rural specializations, targeted marketing campaigns must reach the right professionals serving specific property types and geographic niches. The complete email coverage of all 2,588 licensed agents enables sophisticated segmentation and personalized outreach that traditional advertising cannot achieve.

Real estate technology companies, title services, and investment firms particularly benefit from direct agent access, as Spokane County's diverse market conditions create varied service needs and partnership opportunities. Having verified contact information allows businesses to build relationships with agents handling everything from first-time homebuyer transactions in Spokane Valley to complex rural land deals requiring specialized expertise and local market knowledge.
