A native of Fresno, California, Cash has been immersed in the real estate sector since 2004, when his mother, Nikki Thomas, began her career as a sales agent with Century 21. Following in her footsteps, he established his own brokerage, CMT Properties, in January 2017. Cash is committed to providing his clients with the highest levels of honesty and dependability.

With extensive experience across various facets of the industry, Cash has represented sellers, buyers, and investors in both residential and agricultural markets. His guiding principles in every transaction are to be a reliable, resourceful, and dedicated advocate for his clients.

A graduate of Bullard High School in 2007, Cash has always been passionate about athletics. He attended Fresno City College, where he not only studied but also played baseball. His talent earned him the title of “Mr. Ram” and a chance to compete at the Division 1 level at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. As team captain during his senior year, he enjoyed a successful collegiate baseball career while maintaining a focus on his academics, ultimately earning a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Business Management.

After completing his degree, Cash returned to Fresno to embark on his real estate career. He joined Century 21 C Watson in 2012, where he honed his skills and deepened his industry knowledge. By spring 2016, he had obtained his broker’s license and began laying the groundwork for his own business. Following extensive research and preparation, he launched CMT Properties, Inc. in January 2017.

Throughout his career, Cash has demonstrated adaptability in navigating the complexities of real estate transactions. His portfolio includes a diverse range of properties, from a $3.25 million oceanfront estate in Malibu to a $20,000 cottage in the Sierra Nevada foothills. Over five years in the industry, he has successfully closed hundreds of deals, encompassing residential homes, vacation properties, vacant lots, commercial real estate, and agricultural land.
