Cassie Maas has served as the Chair of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, representing over 1,800 licensed Realtors in the Los Gatos Saratoga District at the state level. In this capacity, she has participated in the Public Policy Forum, advocating for local homeowners and educating legislators in Sacramento on the implications of their decisions regarding homeownership.

In addition to her role at the Silicon Valley Association, Maas has held the position of Director for the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.), attending business meetings across the state to stay informed on industry developments. Her leadership within organized real estate has fostered valuable connections with other industry leaders, enabling her to swiftly address emerging issues by leveraging her extensive network.

Maas is also a member of the inaugural graduating class of the BARLA program, a prestigious year-long initiative that collaborates with three REALTOR associations to identify and cultivate both current and future leaders in the real estate sector. This selective program admits only a few candidates each year.

Her community involvement extends beyond real estate; she is a graduate of Leadership Los Gatos, a former President of Soroptimist, and has served as a Girl Scout Leader. Additionally, she has completed the Santa Cruz County Pro Series and has held directorial positions with Only Kindness and the Mountain Art Guild. Currently, she is a CRS candidate and has earned the SRES and CDPE designations, further enhancing her expertise in a rapidly evolving industry.
