About Catherine Reilly

Catherine Reilly has dedicated her professional journey to the financial services sector since 1982, bringing a wealth of experience to her role as a real estate agent. Her comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions stems from her extensive background in finance.

Catherine began her career as a bank teller and advanced to the position of bank manager at First Heights Bank. During her tenure, she navigated the Savings and Mortgage Lending crisis while overseeing a portfolio of up to 600 bank foreclosures. In 1987, she obtained her Sales Agent license, and her training as a Branch Manager equipped her with the skills to assess buyers' mortgage qualifications. “There is nothing more disappointing than having buyers believe they can purchase a home only to discover they are not qualified,” she notes.

A native of Houston, Catherine cherishes her childhood memories of her parents' first home in the Meyerland subdivision. She recalls the joy of Easter egg hunts in the backyard and riding her bike to the Meyerland Shopping Plaza. “The neighborhood has transformed significantly since 1965,” she reflects.

Catherine's deep knowledge of Houston's diverse communities enables her to effectively represent clients across the region. Her upbringing in Galveston instilled a love for coastal living, while her experiences in the Galleria and subsequent settlement in Katy have provided her with insight into the area's remarkable growth over the past 29 years. Her strong ethical standards have earned her the trust of clients throughout Houston, and she is willing to travel anywhere in the city to assist those she represents.

Currently, Catherine is an active member of several organizations, including the Junior League of Houston, Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church, and Business Network International, where she focuses on mortgage lending. Her commitment to volunteerism has led her to support various initiatives, including Brookwood Community, Ballard House, Katy Hospitals, Meals on Wheels, and the National Charity League, Katy Chapter.

Catherine resides in Katy with her husband, Tom. They have three children: Thomas, an active Realtor in the Dallas/Fort Worth area; Candice, who manages the pro shop at Trinity Forest Golf Club; and Therese, who is pursuing a Master's Degree in Accounting.
