2000 - Catherine began as a sales manager selling new homes for Toll Brothers at "Mira Vista" in Rancho Mirage California with her help it became the company's fastest selling development in the entire USA 2003 - Opportunity arose for her to take a new position to lead the sales team at "Montego Dunes" a development in Indio California that is commonly referred to as "the best un-gated community in Indio" she sold it out in a mere 15 months 2005 - Real Estate Value was born to help with the concept and provide the sales team for "The Bridge at Jefferson" development in Indio California after selling the first 11 homes Lennar Corp bought the rights to further develop the project and brought their own sales team 2006 - We took over the sales department for a Yucca Valley California development called "Desert Vista Village" around a year later the recession hit and the development shut down Real Estate Value adapted by going into re-sales & rentals when the recession hit even harder we further adapted by going head first into the listing and selling of foreclosures for numerous banks and asset management companies we also fixed & flipped homes with one of them appearing on the TV show "House Hunters" Now that things have leveled out to a more "normal market" we operate as a "service driven" real estate company
