She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law from California State University, Long Beach. Her passion for real estate ignited while working as an office manager for a national brokerage, where she was mentored by a successful broker who inspired her to pursue her real estate license. In addition to her residential focus, Catrina collaborates with production companies to identify commercial properties suitable for filming television shows, commercials, and movies.

Catrina's career has always revolved around high-paced environments and exceptional customer service. Prior to her real estate career, she gained valuable experience in various sales roles, including telemarketing and in-person outreach, and managed a large venue for diverse events. She thrives in dynamic settings that allow her to engage with clients directly, making real estate an ideal fit.

Outside of her professional life, Catrina remains active and adventurous. She has traveled to 15 countries and continues to seek new destinations. Her love for exploring different cultures often includes sharing meals and drinks with others, as well as pursuing thrilling experiences that provide an adrenaline rush.
