Catryn specializes in luxury home sales across North San Diego County, including prestigious areas such as La Jolla, Del Mar, Carmel Valley, and Rancho Santa Fe.

Throughout her career, Catryn has collaborated with some of San Diego’s leading architects, builders, developers, and designers, establishing a notable track record in selling luxury properties. Her portfolio includes private gated golf communities, luxury resort real estate, and raw land for custom homes. Additionally, she has represented prominent developers in the sale of luxury high-rises in both Downtown San Diego and Portland, Oregon. In 2017, after 15 years in the field, Catryn earned her real estate broker's license and launched her own boutique brokerage, Rancho Real Estate Company, becoming the broker of record for a renowned luxury resort development. In spring 2021, she joined Compass, a technology-driven brokerage, to enhance her service offerings and elevate her business.

Originally from Estonia, Catryn spent time in Italy before relocating to the United States to pursue a degree in International Business. She is a proud mother of two daughters, Emily and Carolyna, both accomplished tennis players in Southern California. The sisters have achieved notable success, including winning the CIF San Diego Section Girls Tennis Doubles Championships and earning athletic scholarships to UC Irvine.

In her leisure time, Catryn enjoys family outings, spending time with friends, and caring for her Pembroke Welsh corgis. She also finds solace in nature, often hiking and relaxing on the beautiful beaches of San Diego to recharge from her busy professional life.
