Celeste resides in Alamo, California, with her husband, John, a money manager. Their adult children, Jenna, Cory, and Daniel, are embarking on their own professional journeys. In her personal time, Celeste enjoys the company of her two French bulldogs, Buster and Ruby, tending to her freshwater aquarium, gardening, and maintaining an active lifestyle. She has a passion for travel, particularly enjoying trips with her family.

Having lived in various locations, including Athens, Greece, Idaho, Virginia, Florida, and Arizona, Celeste ultimately considers the San Francisco Bay Area her home, particularly since moving to Contra Costa County in 1991.
