Cesar, a dedicated husband and father of five, recognized that his family was paramount. Despite holding a prominent position as the Manager for Latin America at a major furniture manufacturer, he understood that financial success was meaningless without the joy of being present for his loved ones. This pivotal experience ignited a desire for change, prompting him to pursue a career in real estate, allowing him to remain closer to home.

**An Entrepreneurial Spirit**

Cesar’s entrepreneurial journey began at a young age. Immigrating to the United States from Colombia at just nine years old, he quickly learned the value of hard work. He took on various jobs, from delivering newspapers to selling lemonade, to contribute to his family’s income. His dedication to education led him to earn a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from George Washington University.

After college, Cesar ventured into business as an importer/exporter and innovated a weatherproof wicker material for outdoor furniture. He built a factory in Honduras and began investing in real estate, discovering a passion for the industry that would shape his future.
