Chad Sessions a local native to the Vancouver WA region started his real estate career in 1994 after attending college in Southern California After working as a sales associate for six years Chad was promoted to managing broker at Prudential NW Properties (PNWP) where he then became the Washington state General Manager and was responsible for coaching and supervising multiple offices and branch managers Chad grew the PNWP Vancouver office to be the top real estate office in Washington and received a number of awards and recognitions for his efforts

In 2010 Chad was approached by Real Living Real Estate about opening a franchise in the Pacific Northwest With his wife Hollie by his side they decided to open their own brokerage which launched Real Living The Real Estate Group Chad’s real estate experience combined with his charismatic leadership skills and proven sales knowledge quickly inspired other agents to follow his lead Real Living The Real Estate Group now has 5 office locations throughout the SW Washington & Portland Metro area and continues to grow

Today after being in the real estate industry for almost 30 years Chad stays deeply engrained in the real estate market while partnering with school districts and giving back to the local community and charities He looks forward to many more successful years ahead as a local brokerage owner and real estate professional
