A lifelong resident of Palatka, Chad transitioned from a career in IT sales to real estate in 2013, obtaining his license and beginning his journey as a buyer’s agent focused on Real Estate Owned (REO) properties in St. Augustine. His passion for assisting clients through one of life’s most significant investments led him to become a licensed Real Estate Broker.

In 2017, Chad returned to his hometown with the vision of establishing iHeart Realty Inc. in the Putnam County community. He fostered a family-oriented atmosphere by inviting relatives Larry Freeman and Ronnie Singletary to join the brokerage. Additionally, his wife Jessica and several long-time friends, some of whom he has known for over two decades, became part of the team. Today, iHeart Realty Inc. boasts a team of over twenty real estate professionals and continues to expand. Regardless of its growth, the firm remains committed to exceeding client expectations.

Chad's extensive involvement in all facets of real estate, coupled with over $100 million in sales and personal investments exceeding $10 million, distinguishes him in the field.
