**Biography**

Chad Pittman brings over two decades of experience as a Foreign Service Officer and military service member to his real estate practice. His extensive background in serving individuals and families has cultivated a strong commitment to client care. With a keen understanding of market dynamics and a talent for multitasking in high-pressure environments, Chad seamlessly transitioned into the real estate sector.

During his tenure at U.S. Embassies in Albania, South Africa, Tajikistan, and Slovenia, Chad managed a wide range of responsibilities, including contracting, logistical procurement, real estate, fleet management, travel coordination, and building operations. This diverse skill set informs his approach to real estate, where he prioritizes understanding client needs and transforming their housing aspirations into reality.

Chad's business philosophy is grounded in dedication, effective communication, empathy, and trust. He excels in negotiation, adeptly representing both sellers and buyers with equal proficiency.

A graduate of the Defense Language Institute with a focus on Russian Area Studies, Chad is a retired Army First Sergeant and Foreign Service Officer. He is fluent in English, Russian, and Slovene. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Patricia, who is also a REALTOR®. Additionally, Chad has a creative side; he served as the Executive Producer for the action/thriller film *The Brave* (2019), set in Albania, which has been available on platforms such as Netflix, Amazon, and iTunes, and can still be viewed on Tubi and Roku.
